Friendly Avenue Baptist Church opened its first preschool classrooms in the early 1970s. Over the years, the school has undergone many transformations as they strive to meet the needs of families in the community and grow with the current research and trends in early childhood education.

In June of 2007 the school received a “5-Star Rating” from the NC Division of Child Development. Over the past three decades the school has served to provide the highest quality Christian learning environment for young children.
